I Like Anime ( Show #4 )

Check it out, it's episode 4!

NEWS
After getting the usual chat/rant out of the way, Thayle moved on to talk about the PSP v2.0 downgrade to v1.50. This downgrade would allow people to play emulators and other programs. After that, Kylaran brought up the new game coming out in America, Genji. Kylaran related it back to the Japanese version and how he thought it would be in English.

Then we moved on to the comments and e-mails. Thanks everyone who posted or emailed. ^_^

MOVIES, MUSIC & AMVs
Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children was briefly revisited in the show, now that we have actually seen it. We could not reveal much about it, so instead we just told everyone to go buy it or download it. We received a request for the song this week from James Christopher, which was, No Boy No Cry by Stance Punks. For the AMV, Thayle and Kylaran decided to watch one based on Kannazuki no Miko, with the song Suppuration -core- by Kotoko, created by FoxJones of Arctic Tribe.

VIDEO GAMES & BOOKS
For video games this week we talked about Pump It Up: Exceed for Playstation 2. We compared it to Dance Dance Revolution, and gave an explanation about what it really is designed for. Kylaran decided to do a book review on Dragonlance, so pick it up if you want a good read.

MANGA, ANIME & HENTAI
The manga section today was focused on Parfait Tic, which Kylaran brought up. Our guest Kidd brought up the manga of Battle Royal. For anime, Thayle and Kylaran really wanted to do Kannazuki no Miko after watching the AMV, so we did. Also, we decided to bring up Hagane no Renkinjutsushi, aka Fullmetal Alchemist, because of a request that was made. Moving on to hentai, Kylaran brought up a hentai that he thought was pretty good called, 9 O`clock Woman.

As in every episode, the credits were then said. And as usual we were being our usual insane selves. And thanks to PandaPlaya for filling in for PoiBoi this week. Thanks for checking us out!!!!!!!11one ^_^

I Like Anime ( BoneUs )

This was a special episode with Thayle and Zayre, and our friends Kylaran and Kidd. We made this episode before episode 2 was released so if it sounds a little out of date that's why. It's a short episode, around 20 minutes, where we just discuss what anime we like and stuff like that. If you listen to this episode you will have a real good laugh.

I Like Anime ( Show #3 )

This is I Like Anime Episode 3!

NEWS
Kylaran began with commenting on the quality of Seed and Seed Destiny dubs on Toonami. The question was, "Will Seed Destiny be as mutilated as Seed was?" After that, our guest, PandaPlaya, and Zayre brougth up the latest news regarding Halo 2. PandaPlaya is a level 34 Halo player, who should play in pro tournaments. He's a GODLY! sniper. For the final element of news, PoiBoi stated the absoulte SUCKAGE! of the Naruto dubs. Yes, we all hate the music and Naruto's voice... Now they don't have the awsome "Dattebayo" phrase.

We commented on the comments. :D And that one e-mail. Thanks!

MOVIES, MUSIC & AMVs
Halo the Movie was discussed on our show, stating how much a live action version of Halo would kick ass. For music, we played the all mighty choir song at the main menu of Halo 1. Yes, Ky sang along. For the AMV PandaPlaya showed us how to get this awsome video for a song called All The(se) Things That I've Done by the Killerz, put to video by Chubark.

VIDEO GAMES & BOOKS
Video games were just summaries and comments on the two Halo games. Also related was the third Halo game to come out on XBox 360. The book discussion was actually the Halo 2 strategy guide. PandaPlaya commented on his 1337 Halo skills. Yay for him. =)

MANGA, ANIME & HENTAI
Manga was focused on MAR, drawn by Nobuyuki Anzai. The basic storyline was stated, then the manga was rated. For anime, Tsubasa was our main subject. Its relation to xxxHolic took up most of the conversation about anime. Both manga and anime for Tsubasa RESErvoir Chronicles was rated. During the Hentai section, Kylaran talked of the very badly done: Slaves to Passion. He rated it with a very rare negative rating.

As usual, the credits were then displayed and there was an unsually large amount of idiotic - yet probably funny - commentary. Yayz. zOMG for commentary. We're so stupid. :O

I Like Anime ( FFVII )

This was a special edition podcast to celebrate the release of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.

Our special guest was Marty Crane, our local FFVII SUPER FAN.

We started off discussing how much Final Fantasy XI sucks, and how much XII will probably suck. Also, we did not think Final Fantasy IX was worthy of our insults.

Of course, we talked about the release of Advent Children. This including the UMD and DVD. We also played the Advent Children main theme as our song of the week.

Since it was a FFVII episode we talked about all the games that would be coming out. These include, FFVII : Dirge of Cerberus, for Playstation 2, FFVII: Crisis Core, for PSP, and FFVII for Playstation 3. We also discussed the anime that was included on the DVD, FFVII: Last Order.
